Richard Davies
Founder and Managing Director
Founder of Rough Terrrain in 2022 aiming to provide a First Class bespoke medical cover to events companies nationwide. Qualified to Emergency Medical Technician level he has been actively involved in the provision of Front-Line medical services for a number of years.
Experience within several different sectors, including the service sector and manufacturing with roles from most junior to most senior levels has led to a broad base of experience giving him the ability to manage the business and staff at a high level.

Tasha Addison-Davies
Having started as an administrator within a transport company she has developed her skills in healthcare first of all within a Child Care setting and more recently starting her Ambulangs journey obtaining her FREC 3 and enhancing her skills through working on NEPTS and at motorsport events.
