Richard Davies
Founder and Managing Director
Founder of Rough Terrrain in 2022 aiming to provide a First Class bespoke medical cover to events companies nationwide. Qualified to Emergency Medical Technician level he has been actively involved in the provision of Front-Line medical services for a number of years.
Experience within several different sectors, including the service sector and manufacturing with roles from most junior to most senior levels has led to a broad base of experience giving him the ability to manage the business and staff at a high level.

Tasha Addison-Davies
Having started as an administrator within a transport company she has developed her skills in healthcare first of all within a Child Care setting and more recently starting her Ambulangs journey obtaining her FREC 3 and FREC 4 enhancing her skills through working on NEPTS and at motorsport events.

Donna (Dee) Vinicombe
Highly experienced Trainer in all aspects of First Aid, Moving and Handling and Food Safety. Dee has joined us to promote the training side of the business while being actively involved with the Event Medical side being FREC 3 qualified and will be completing her FREC 4 this year.
