The company was founded in 2022 following the experience of the founder from his experiences working for the private industry sector. When listening to the issues and wants and needs of customers and team members he felt that there was an opportunity to develop a company which can work to meet the needs of both sides. From this we have developed a company where team members feel valued and proud of the company they are working for and have an interest in developing and promoting the company, as well as their own personal development.
As a result of having good team moral and team member retention, clients receive a high standard of service and feel that all of their requirements have been met on whatever level they come into contact with us. The team members and clients should be equally valued and listened to. By listening and engaging with both in the ongoing development of the company, we aim to make our service stand out over and above our counterparts.

R.T.E Medics provides a timely and accessible service that is available 24 hours a day by phone, email, Facebook messenger and WhatsApp to all potential clients. Team members will be available to speak to clients and will have the authority to book and provide the service requested even at short notice if logistically possible.
